Payment Options - I accept Visa and Mastercard through an SSL secured system, and Paypal. I also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Payments made with Money Orders or Credit Cards will be shipped upon receipt of the order.

Shipping & Handling - Most shipments are mailed within 3-5 working business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for any custom orders. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the order, and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping for orders is $4.00. If you need expedited shipping, please email Juxta-Pose for special arrangements. Expected delivery for regular shipping is 7-14 days.

Repairs - All pieces carry a lifetime guarantee. If any piece should break as a result of normal wear and tear, it will be repaired at no cost to you. Otherwise all repairs are $1.00 per inch (stringing) plus the retail cost of any bead replacement. You are responsible for shipping costs on repairs not covered under the lifetime warranty.

Returns - We offer a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know within 30 days. We will issue a you a gift voucher for the amount, refund your credit card, or exchange the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders; however, they are still covered under the 30 day repair warranty.

Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are uninsured through the mail.
