I ship the following business day after payment is received. Payment: I accept PayPal for payment. Payment is due at the time you place order, unless other arrangements have been made with me prior to order. I also accept checks and money orders. Guarantee on my handmade items: I will repair any of my handmade items. Contact me and send item back to me, I will try and repair item. If item cannot be repaired: If within 30 days, I will refund. After 30 you will get shop credit toward item(s) in my shop. My Return policy: 30 days from date you receive your item you may return your item for a refund. 1- Contact me, let me know what is the problem. 2- Ship item back to me with delivery confirmation. 3- Refund will be given when I receive item. Shipping charge refund policy: If the return is due to something on my part I will refund all shipping charges.
