Usually I charge 10% - 20% of the sale price for shipping. If your shipping comes to less than what you paid I will reimburse you the difference. Realize that I am shipping glass and it has to be packed with lots of padding and care. I use the postal service unless you prefer another shipper. Just let me know. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. I do not refund shipping charges. All items must be returned to me unharmed. I am opened to doing custom work, please contact me via e-mail. Custom orders will take a minimum of two weeks to turn around. Usually, it takes four to six weeks.
