Thanks for stopping by the shop. If you are on this page then you are pretty serious about owning one of my pieces.
This is how I operate. I stand behind my work fully and guarantee my workmanship 100%. The only thing I can't control is what you do with it once you have it. If you have an issue get in touch and I will remedy the situation asap. If it is my fault I will make it right. If it is not then I can help.
Here are some tips when wearing my jewellery:
1. Don't sleep with it on.
2. Store any sterling silver in air-tight baggies to avoid contact with the air. Air is what makes it tarnish and look lackluster.
3. To clean any sterling silver elements take a old soft toothbrush, dip it in warm water then baking soda, soft soap or Mr. Clean and gently scrub the surface to remove tarnics. Dry immediately.
4. To revive dull looking wood (it gets that way when it sits on your skin and the oils remove the waxy finish) I rub it on my jeans - seriously! You could also take a cloth and dip it in machine oil or rub some beeswax on it and work it into the wood - then rub on your jeans!
5. If you wear pearls, real or faux, make sure you put your all your stuff on first (make-up, perfume etc.) then put on your pearls. You will keep them looking beautiful longer.
Shipping -
I am happy to ship anywhere you are. To Canada it usually takes 3-5 days, USA 5-7 days and everywhere else a bit longer. I package the jewellery up in a nice box and send it off via Canada Post / Xpresspost which comes with insurance and tracking.
If you have any questions plese don't hesitate to ask! I will answer as soon as I can.
Custom Work -
I am also happy to make small alterations and customizations so if you have any ideas I am all ears.
Custom work is totally possible it it just a matter of communication - it has to be stellar! If we work together to create a special piece I will provide what you need to become comfortable with the custom process and what to expect as a final product before actually seeing the final product. This means sketches, photoshop mock-ups, wax models etc.
Thanks again for looking and please don't hesitate to get in touch!
Sincerely,
Kim Drosdick
