PAYMENT ~ I accept payment by PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (which are processed through PayPal). TAXES AND CHARGES ~ No VAT is charged for those customers living in the UK and EU. Buyers are responsible for any Customs or tax charges which may incur in shipping. Please do not ask me to falsify customs forms; items will not be marked as 'gift'. SHIPPING ~ I ship worldwide with a flat-rate shipping charge, which is currently $5 for all countries. All items are shipped via Royal Mail, either First Class if in UK or Airmail if elsewhere. I aim to ship your order within 2 working days (not including weekends and public holidays). Please note that there is NO TRACKING. I post out packages using Paypal shipping, so please check that your address on Paypal is correct and up-to-date. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (MY 3 R'S POLICY) ~ It's hard to tell if you'll like a bead or finding just by looking at a picture - sometimes you've just got to see and feel it! For this reason, if the item(s) you ordered just isn't for you, then please email me and I can offer you one of the following: RESEND: Did an item arrive faulty or damaged? Then I will resend it at no extra cost to you! REFUND: Not happy with the product? Then I will refund the cost of the item. If you are not happy with an entire order, send it back to me and I will refund you. REPLACE: If you're not happy with an item but would rather not have another sent or a refund, I can replace it with another item(s) of the same value. Discounts available on bulk orders.
