PAYMENT:
I accept Paypal (credit cards or cash through Paypal). I also accept cashiers checks and money orders. All payments must be in USD's. I do not accept personal checks. Due to the personal nature of the items for sale, all sales are final (no returns or exchanges). In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately so that it may be corrected.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is first class mail via the USPS and a tracking number is provided to you free of charge. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. I only ship to the address listed on your paypal account. I DO NOT ship to any other address. I will send you an e mail with the tracking number it in when your order is prepared for shipment. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive this important e-mail. International packages are sent first class international via the USPS and you will be given the US customs form number for your package.
All orders are processed generally in less than one business day. All orders with payments made and cleared by 6 pm EST will ship the next morning. I ship Monday through Friday and almost every Saturday. I do not ship International packages at all on Saturdays. I also do not ship any packages on USPS Postal Holidays. Packages are taken inside the post office and never just dropped off in a box somewhere. I take pride in my speedy shipping and wonderful product packaging. I care about you and your order and treat you exactly how I would like to be treated as a customer- you are important to me!
Please note that I use only the USPS and while the post office I ship from is very fast and extremely reliable I cannot be personally responsible for shipping times as I do not own and operate the USPS. Please be aware that shipments to Canada may take longer due to customs inspections.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:
All items come from a SMOKE FREE environment but not pet free.
I am not responsible for use of any item once the item is received or for buyer's remorse- all sales are final.
I am also not responsible for international shipments and any taxes, tariffs or duty that you may incur as a result of your purchase. International packages are not insured and purchases are made at the buyers risk. I have shipped over 200 international packages and have not lost one yet- but again I cannot control customs. Please note that I report the items and cost accurately on all custom declarations forms.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL -no returns or exchanges so be sure to ask all questions before you buy. If your question cannot be answered by this store policy page then I will be happy to answer you back. I will try to get back to you in less than 24 hours whenever possible.
