I expect payment within 48 hours of purchase. Please do not purchase if you don't intend to pay.

I will accept Personal Checks, Money Orders or PayPal for purchases. Please understand that I will not ship your item(s) until your check has cleared the bank.

I am set up to accept credit cards with PayPal and that is my preferred method of payment. I don't accept e-checks via PayPal!

You must have a VERIFIED address with PayPal or otherwise I can not ship the item and your purchase will be refunded! Your shipping and billing addresses must be the same and if not please message me before purchasing to let me know the circumstance.

SHIPPING--------------------------------------------------
I ship via USPS via Parcel Post, First Class or Priority Mail. I ship to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Please see each individual listing as to the shipping cost for that item. Insurance is optional and you will need to add $1.70 per every $50 purchase for insurance. Please message me to let me know that you are adding insurance so that I know to add it.

I ship within 24 to 48 hours for items ready to ship and mail items Monday - Saturday. Depending upon type of postage used you can expect your item to arrive in as little as 2 days and up to 7 days.

Custom orders will ship when completed and this is determined on my custom order load. I will keep you informed and work with you via email to get your item to you asap!

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES---------------------------------
I do not accept refunds so please be sure of your purchase before paying. However, if you are not happy with any purchase please let me know and I will do my best to make you happy!

I pack and ship everything in boxes or envelopes so your items should reach you in perfect condition. However, I cant be held responsible for lost or damaged items, so if you feel you need it, please add insurance!

All of my items come from a Smoke FREE ~ Poodle friendly home! I have my own craft room where everything is stored and none of my little poodledoos come in contact with any item.
