Shipping Most items ship via USPS. Some larger items may ship via UPS. Insurance is not included in shipping prices. If you want insurance please notify me prior to purchase so it can be added to your total. I will also combine shipping. If you are buying more than one item, contact seller before checkout so I can combine shipping charges for you. All of our items are handmade, but should ship within a week of the time you place your order. If you need items sooner, please contact us and we will make every effort to accomodate your requests. Returns/Refunds Any custom items can not be returned. Standard items (undamaged) may be returned with a 15% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for return postage. Money will be returned either via Paypal or Money Order depending on how you pay, less any fees incurred from the transaction. A receipt will be given upon refund via Money Order itemizing any fees deducted from the refund.
