Bears are sent by Canada Post and are insured for their full value. Unfortunately, Canadian mail sometimes travels on the antlers of a slow moving moose. Please be patient....all bears have tracking numbers if you want to follow their journey.

One more important note about shipping: Buyers are responsible for any duty, taxes or fees incurred by their country. I must fill out a Customs declaration in order to ship internationally. It is illegal to put false information on this declaration. So, please, do not ask me to put a lower value on the bear than you paid for it, and do not ask me to mark it as a Gift. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.


Return Policy

Full refunds are provided (less shipping) for bears made with our fur within 10 days of purchase. Bears returned for refund must be in new condition and free from all odors including pet odors and smoke.

Deposits on bears from Kran-Bearys fur are non-refundable if the order is cancelled for any reason prior to delivery. Once delivered the bear carries our above money back guarantee. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
