INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries as this is not included in the cost/shipping.
Payment can be made via Paypal, Credit Card, personal check, or money order. All prices quoted here are USD (US dollars).

--PAYPAL: If you are using Paypal you can determine the cost in your currency by doing the following:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Fees link.
3. Click View Currency Converter.
4. Enter the amount, select from which currency and to which currency.
5. Click Calculate.

--CREDIT CARD: To pay with credit card, click on the Paypal option. You do NOT have to create a Paypal account to use this option. Click on the "Pay with credit card" without signing in option on the left side of the screen.

--PERSONAL CHECK: If paying by personal check, your item will be held for check clearance for 10 business days from the day I receive your check. I must receive your check within 7 days of your purchase or I may re-list the item. Please keep in communication with me.

---MONEY ORDER: If paying by money order, your item will ship within 3 days of receipt. Money orders must be received within 7 days of your purchase or I may re-list the item.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping is made to your paypal address unless you notify me otherwise. I make every effort to confirm addresses when there is a mismatch, but sometimes I forget. It is your responsibility to make sure that I have the proper shipping address.

COMBINED SHIPPING
Yes, I am happy to combine shipping. Please purchase your items and then convo me for a revised invoice. If you need a combined shipping quote prior to purchase, please convo me with the items you want to purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
-Items are shipped within three business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (usually priority)
-Personalized items may take up to 14 days for me to complete and post, but I will keep in touch with you.
-Shipping charges include tracking to protect us both.
-Once the item(s) has been shipped, you will be notified of shipment and tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
-Please contact me for proper shipping rate prior to purchase as I always quote the highest amount for International shipping due to the widely varying rates.
-Items are shipped within one week of cleared payment via USPS Priority Mail.
-I am not responsible for any customs charges that may occur for any reason.


LOST PACKAGES
-Tracking is provided on all domestic packages at your request. If you report an item missing and the tracking confirms it was received no refund will be issued.
- Tracking is not provided on international packages so you need to contact me if a package does not arrive. International packages will not be considered lost until 30 days after shipping.

METHOD
For most of my items, the shipping method is priority. I like to ship my items in boxes so that they will arrive to you nice and safe. If you prefer a different shipping method due to the expense, please write me and I will calculate parcel post or first class.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but I realize that there are times where you just aren't *smiles* In the event that you aren't happy, please PLEASE please give me the courtesy of open communication.
-Returns will be considered on a case by case basis
