I use the Secure Server site Paypal, which accepts credit cards and e-checks. You do not need a PayPal Account to use your credit card or bank account to pay. When you checkout, choose Paypal, select the option "I do not have a PayPal account", then click "continue" and follow the instructions. Please specify where to send the package If the Paypal and Etsy addresses do not match this will delay shipment. If payment arrangements are not made or received within 5 business days of the sale the order will be cancelled. I will ship to the address provided to me by Paypal/Credit card processor when I receive payment. In order for your items to arrive without delay, please make sure this matches your Etsy address! (Or leave me a note explaining the difference.) Delivery in the United States will be 5-7 days. 8x10's are mailed USPS Priority Mail. 5x7's and smaller are mailed USPS First Class Mail. If you would like your artwork framed, shipping will be adjusted. Insurance is not covered in the listing. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me. All photographs are mailed within two business days of payment being received. To My International Customers: I do not collect any customs when sending artwork. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Lesley Payne Photography is not responsible for those charges.
