Orders are placed through PayPal. Their privacy policy can be viewed by visiting their website at: www.paypal.com. The information I use to fill orders and ship merchandise is provided to me by PayPal following payment. If I have trouble filling an order, I will use the information to contact you. Any changes to this privacy policy will appear on this page.

Shipping and Returns:
Items are shipped within 48hrs of confirmed payment. If requested, I'll ship Priority Mail (flat rate); otherwise, they'll be shipped 1st class. Free Shipping is provided for all purchase of complete Sets. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. A store credit and/or exchange will be provided.

Custom Orders:
I enjoy designing Custom Orders, just let me know the type of jewelry you are interested in (set or individual pieces), the color, whether you want crystals, sterling silver, gold plated, semi-precious gems etc. I request $30 deposit upfront. Before the piece is started, I'll provide you with pictures of the gems to make sure items that will be used to create your Custom Order.
