SHIPPING:

I ship within 4 days of payment.

All international shipping is by Airmail.

If you prefer a tracking number that will require an upgrade to Airsure. The flat rate Royal Mail charges for Airsure is an additional $9.69 on top of the regular airmail cost. You might want to opt for this for vintage items which are irreplaceable or if you want a speedier delivery. Airsure gets priority and it does seem to ensure a speedier way through customs.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

I want you to be happy with your purchase and doublecheck everything before I post it. If however you want to return an item for a refund please let me know. Once I receive an item back, in it's original condition, I will issue a refund - minus shipping costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Most of my work is custom so just contact me if you would like a custom order. I don't usually charge any extra for custom orders - unless I need to buy in a particular supply. If that happens I will need a deposit. If the materials are already in my stash there is no deposit. When the item is finished I will send you photo's for approval before listing it for you.
