I want you to be a satisfied customer. Many of my original jewelry designs are delicate pieces and need to be treated gently. However, my work is guaranteed based on normal wear and tear. Mailing/Delivery time I use the U.S. Postal Service, first-class mail and usually ship 1-3 business days after payment is received on Mon - Fri. only . I'll let you know when it is mailed and hope to receive seller feedback once you receive your item. If you need to receive an item by a certain date, I need to know that upfront, for a custom or regular order. Additional mail charges may apply. Delivery time: Most of my clients are in the U.S. and it can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days for you to receive your item depending on where you live (I'm in the Midwest, so orders to CA would take longer to be delivered). I use delivery confirmation for the majority of my orders, so you will receive an email confirmation when the order is mailed. In 2012, the USPS may be reducing services, so packages may take extra time to get to you. Open Communication: Please contact me once you receive your item to let me know it arrived safely. And, feel free to communicate with me by email at any time about your 1st purchase or subsequent purchases. I will follow up with you by email after you receive your purchase to see if you received your item and will ask you to fill out a simple survey. Returns/Exchanges: If any item you ordered from my shop is received damaged or is not as expected, please contact me immediately (within 7 days) for a replacement - for example, an earwire is not attached. I will mail out a replacement item and may ask you to return the damaged materials to me (if there are any beads or charms that I can reuse). Exception: if there is a unique bead or crystal damaged and I do not have them in stock anymore, I will contact you about a similar value substitution and send you a picture. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, I will work with you on exchanging your purchase for another item or a refund (if notice is received within 14 days). After 14 days, if an items needs repair because of handling or excessive wear or tear, I will repair it for you at no charge, as long as you pay for the postage to me and back to you. Contact me to make arrangements. If your item needs repair, I will work with you on a fair price. For sanitary reasons, jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned, but I will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. PayPal has a PayPal Buyer Protection for 45 days after purchase, but I've never had any problems arise.
