Payment: Payment is due at the time of sale. I accept PayPal and Amazon Payments only. Shipping: Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, First Class Mail in a padded envelope. I will ship to the address you have listed with ArtFire, unless instructed otherwise. For items in stock, I ship the next business day after receiving payment. For made-to-order items, I ship as soon as your order is dry and ready for an envelope. If your order is large enough to require a box, I'll contact you about whether you'd prefer Parcel Post or Priority Mail. I do not normally insure packages, but can certainly do so at the buyer's expense. Please contact me if you'd like me to add insurance to your order. For international orders, any VAT, import or duty tax or other fee required by your country on an order shipped out of the US is the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import, custom and tax policies before ordering. Refunds and Exchanges: I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you don't like your item, send it back to me for a full refund (less shipping). Unfortunately, I can't be responsible if you order a Kindle cover for the wrong Kindle. Please make sure you are ordering correctly. If your order is received damaged, please notify me immediately via email at linda@lindasgardensoaps.com. Please keep the damaged packaging, as that will help if we need to make a claim. I am happy to consider special requests.
