Litsje strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is any problem with your order let us know and we will gladly do our best to make things right.

PAYMENTS can be made with :
Paypal, Payfast, internet banking transfer (EFT), or cash. You can use paypal without signing up all you need is a credit card. If you want to pay by internet banking transfer (EFT) or cash, please note that we will wait until the payment arrives and is cleared before mailing/shipping out your items. After you make your purchase you have seven calender days to issue payment. If we do not hear from you after seven days the order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING
Packages go out on Mondays and Thursdays, upon receipt of payment and completion of your custom order. If you need your package to be mailed sooner, let us know.
All packages will be forwarded by registered mail to your destination.

Please make sure your shipping address is updated and correct.

Litsje cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address when we do not have the correct address!

Rest assured, we safely package your purchase to decrease the chance of running into mishaps.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping without issue. After shipping, you must return the item before receiving a refund. Postage costs will be deducted from final refund. Shipping is non-refundable, sorry!
Buyer pays return shipping, except in cases of my error.
Litsje is unable to return on earrings for hygienic reasons (unless faulty). Returned earings receive store credit only - Litsje cannot and do not resell used earrings.
Buyers are responsible for any receiving fees, including customs fees, taxes and tariffs.

MISTAKE ORDERS
If you note an error in your order, please contact us immediately so that we can fix it for you! You will be required to return the mistake item, but please note we pay shipping on mis-sent items. We also reship at our expense.
