Most of the sizes, shapes and colors can be changed to meet your needs. Payment I accept PayPal payments only. You DON'T NEED a PayPal account to make a transaction. Click on payment and you can choose You will be directed to pay with either a credit or debit card through the secure PayPal website. eCheck Payment: If you pay by eCheck your item will not ship until it clears. eChecks take up to 3 to 5 business days to clear. Please keep that in mind when/after buying your item. If this is an inconvenience please let me know and I can work something out. Payment is expected at the time of purchase. I will not start working on an order until full payment is made. If payment is not made within 24 hours your order will be cancelled. Shipping Items that are not custom order will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving cleared payment. I will email you to let you know your order is on its way. Please allow 2 days for custom orders unless we have discussed a different time frame. All orders are shipped First Class Royal Mail and should be taken 2-5 business days. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail UK and usually takes 5-10 days. International orders may take additional times unless faster option is requested. If you wish to upgrade your order, include insurance, tracking or signature confirmations please contact me prior to purchasing. These additions are not included in your order. I ship international 5 times per week. I am not responsible for delays by the postal service for any reason. Please note that Buyer is responsible for all duty and customs charges. Each country has its' own rules, so please consult with your local postal system before ordering if this may be an issue. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds are not given on any items in my shop. Please contact me if you have any problems and I am sure something could be worked out to your satisfaction. Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without letting me know you were not satisfied. I will try my best to make you happy. Additional Policies and FAQs Everything in my store is handmade therefore image placement, ink color, and designs may be slightly different. Some items are distressed with ink to intentionally make it look old or worn. Coffee stained and hand dyed tags are baked so they maybe slightly wrinkled in appearance. Custom orders MUST be paid for in advance, before any work begins. Please understand that I cannot afford to send prototypes and have you change your mind and go elsewhere. I promise that we will work with you until you are satisfied. After payment is received, I will do as many prototypes as needed to get the work done to your satisfaction. Thank you
