PayPal is best and usually fastest, but I also accept Google Checkout, Amazon Payments, checks, and money orders. 6.75% sales tax will be added to all items sold in or shipped to North Carolina.

As soon as payment is received and cleared I will ship your purchase via USPS. Depending on where you live, it should take 3-4 days after your payment has been received for your jewelry to arrive.If you want expedited shipping, let me know and I will get you a quote for the charge.

Refunds and Exchanges
I work hard to give you quality hand-made jewelry. But if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I want to make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your purchase.Unfortunately, I can't accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces, or earrings that have been worn.To return an item, e-mail me first with the reason and return the piece undamaged. I recommend you return items in bubble wrap mailers and insure them.

Custom Orders
Any piece you see on my site can be made of other metals, including gold, sterling silver, anodized aluminum (in a variety of colors), gunmetal, brass, bronze, and copper. Due to the price differences involved in these materials, please contact me for a quote.Please note that stones are a natural product, so I can't guarantee an exact match to what you see in the photos, due to normal variations. I can procure different stones to substitute if you wish, but again, there may be additional costs involved depending on the stones.
