For our Solid colors these are hand dyed as well, so if you order a Navy jumper this week and next week order a Navy pant the dye lot will not be the same. Note- We can do simple alterations such as hem length or arm length only. We cannot make other alterations. Please read - Important: re COLOR Some colors are more problematic that others to photograph. It makes a difference if we take the picture inside or in natural light. It makes a difference where the sun is in the sky how the color /shade will come out. As well the colors will never show up exactly the same on any two monitors. If no one is at home - we'll leave a Hang Tag on the Door - requesting you to sign and we'll re-attempt the next business day and leave packages if signed. 3. You can come by the local station and pick up during normal business hours with the Hang Tag as a reference. Some Customers think an International Shipment going to a Home Address is FedEx Home Delivery. FedEx Home Delivery is basically a U.S. Ground Domestic Service that deliveries to residents after hours and on Saturday. It's not for International Express Shipments coming from off shore. FedEx has between 8 to 11 million packages a day in the system and have developed processes that function well for the vast majority of customers.
