Just for ArtFire we are going through our collections of styles & choosing the pictures of our favorite styles that we will Make to Order especially for you in your choice of Color & Size. It gives us great pleasure to be able to offer these unique items to you at wholesale prices. Please note: Many of our garments are 'Batiked'. This is a completely handmade process. Because of this there are natural variations in colors and tones, as well as pattern placements, from meter to meter. Because of this you are guaranteed a unique piece as no two garments are alike. For our Solid colors these are hand dyed as well, so if you order a Navy jumper this week and next week order a Navy pant the dye lot will not be the same. Note- We can do simple alterations such as hem length or arm length only. We cannot make other alterations. Please read - Important: re COLOR Some colors are more problematic that others to photograph. It makes a difference if we take the picture inside or in natural light. It makes a difference where the sun is in the sky how the color /shade will come out. As well the colors will never show up exactly the same on any two monitors. PLEASE BUY ONLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THAT the color you see on your monitor will not be exactly the same as ours. Thank you for your understanding about this. All taxes and Duties are prepaid by us for all fed ex shipments to the USA [lower 48 only]. Please note that we have yet to have any orders go missing through FED EX & EMS. All FedEx International Shipments required a signature. We understand our customers are mostly residential and may not be home when the Express Courier attempts to deliver. It's a fact 99 % of our customer will understand and appreciate FedEx effort as we try three times before sending it back to the return address. Customers have three options: 1. Someone is available to sign for the shipment on the courier's first attempt. 2. If no one is at home - we'll leave a Hang Tag on the Door - requesting you to sign and we'll re-attempt the next business day and leave packages if signed. 3. You can come by the local station and pick up during normal business hours with the Hang Tag as a reference. Some Customers think an International Shipment going to a Home Address is FedEx Home Delivery. FedEx Home Delivery is basically a U.S. Ground Domestic Service that deliveries to residents after hours and on Saturday. It's not for International Express Shipments coming from off shore. FedEx has between 8 to 11 million packages a day in the system and have developed processes that function well for the vast majority of customers. Regarding International sales: We are sorry you are required to pay Customs fees, but it is illegal for us to mark 'gift' or state a value that is less than your purchase price, so please do not ask or expect us to do so when filling out your Customs form. PERHAPS WE CALL AN ITEM PLUM BUT TO SOMEONE ELSE IT MIGHT BE MORE PURPLE & TO ANOTHER THAT COLOR IS CONSIDERED TO BE VIOLET & SOMEONE ELSE SAYS IT IS MORE FUCHSIA. WE DO OUR BEST TO DESCRIBE COLORS BUT THE LABEL GIVEN IS ONLY TO GIVE AN IDEA & OUR OPINION.
