Philisophy I have been making and selling ceramics, jewellery and sculptured items for about 20 years now, and I love it! Everything you see in this shop is personally designed and handcrafted. I live and work on the beautiful Isle of Wight, an area of England that prides itself on being an "eco-island", so all my jewellery is handcrafted in recycled silver, using a combination of traditional and modern methods. The methods used are chosen to have minimal environmental impact and no toxic chemicals are used. All packaging is handcrafted from recycled or sustainably sourced materials. Your piece of jewellery is therefore as eco-friendly as I can make it! Payment Payment accepted by PayPal in GBP or USD. Payment also accepted by personal cheque, but items will not be posted until funds are cleared. Shipping For security reasons items are sent to your PayPal address unless you supply an alternative address Shipping to the USA and rest of the world is by Royal Mail Airmail, which aims to deliver within 4 days (please allow up to 28 days). Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import duties and customs charges. If you would like a tracking number for your package you will need to purchase upgraded shipping via Airsure or International Signed for. Please contact me for shipping rates for these services. Within the UK I use Royal Mail 1st class post. Please contact me if you would like this upgraded to Recorded Delivery or Registered Mail. Refunds and Exchanges If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition and must be returned via registered mail. Postal charges are not refundable unless item is faulty Additional Policies and FAQs Post market and recycled materials are used in the production of all my pieces wherever possible and I go out of my way to try and source these recycled materials. This includes packaging materials which have all been preused where possible. All items sold in compliance with the Hallmarking Act 1973 and the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. No buyer's information is disclosed to third parties, other than for delivery purposes. Mailing list informaiton is used for the purposes of updating customers with promotions, new items etc only,with customers' consent. Fingerprints, hand and footprints, drawings, messages and photographs are used for the purposes of the creation of the customers jewellery only and are securely destroyed after despatch of the jewellery item. Images of the jewellery may be included in future Lukelys marketing and promotional material
