Lullaby Loo accepts Paypal payments. You can make a payment through Paypal, using your debit or credit card, without having a Paypal acccount.
All Lullaby Loo packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail to the shipping address on your Paypal account -- this is a requirement of Paypal's seller protection plan. Please allow a MINIMUM of 7-10 days delivery time for all orders; additional delivery time may be required near postal holidays. All packages will be sent with a delivery confirmation and tracking number is available upon request.
We are not responsible for lost packages once they have shipped. Please note shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE. It is strongly advised to obtain insurance for your order, as Lullaby Loo can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If you want your package insured, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Digital proofs will be provided for your approval. Due to the custom/personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Since we are all human and mistakes do happen, it is very important that you check it over very carefully and note any changes that need to be made, including typos, misspellings, wrong information, etc. Once a proof is approved your order will be printed immediately. If you require, or would like a reprint (for any reason), there will be a fee of 75% the original purchase price.
NO CASH REFUNDS will be given.
