***Magazine Publications - If you have any creation published in any magazines and mentioned us as your supplier, you will receive free shipping plus 10% off on all your order (regardless the size of the order) during the duration of the publication of your creation. (Must provide info on the publication such as magazine, page of the magazine)

***Blog Promotion - Promote our store on your blog, Facebook or even your own website and you will receive free shipping plus 10% off for the duration of your promotion of our shop on your blog (regardless of the size of the order)

*** Refer a friend - When you refer a friend and purchase has been made. You will recive a coupon for Free shipping plus 10% off on your next purchase and your friend will receive free shipping for the order, via Paypal refund. (Your e-mail and user name must be mentioned when order is placed to receive the coupon).

*** Other methods - If you have any other way of promoting our shop, please show us what type of promotion it is and we will honor the promotion for the duration of the promotion.

***Note: The extra 10% will be added on to whatever the current discount is being offered in the shop.

Payment

We Accept Paypal as our primary processor and we also accept payment throught RME (Revolutionary Money Exchange), Google Checkout, Money Orders and for our European customers, we also accept Auctionchex (please contact us for detail)

Please contact me if you have other source of payment that we might consider accepting.

We search your payment on Paypal by the info you provide us on your order. If the Name, date of payment of your order does not match the Paypal info., the 5 business day shipping policy WILL NOT apply to your order and you shipment maybe delay until we find your payment on Paypal.

Your shippment will be delayed if your info on your provided Paypal is either unconfirmed or inlegible for seller protection as it will take us extra time to verified the payment info.

Please contact us if are paying 3 days after your original purchased day. This will help us find your order and will help us ship out your order in a timely manner.

If no contact from the buyer regarding your payment date, the within 5 days shipment policy will NOT apply to your order. It will ship out as soon as we find your payment. Thank you.

All order UNPAID after 7 days (including weekends and holidays) from the original purchased date will be automatically cancelled.

Note to all Buyers: Buyers assume the risk of damange or lost pacakge during transit. Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. With NO insurance -- we are NOT responsible for damage, lost, or late arrival once your package is shipped and in the care of the USPS system. If your package is damaged, lost, or a late arrival while en route please contact your local Post Office. Once your package is en route via USPS, it has become government property and we have no control over its operation. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will be glad to exchange or refund you within 7 days after we received the return items. Please include a invoice and your contact information. I will contact you as soon as the item returns to us.

Please note, All returns and exchange claim must be made within the first 3 days upon recieving of your merchanidse(s) to be deemed as a valid claim. All returned items must be in its original, unused state & quantities and in its original packagings. Return Shipping cost will be paid by buyer if the item is NOT defective.

There will also be a 20% non-refundable restocking fees for any returned or exchange orders and 35% non-refundable restocking fees for any returned custom orders or items that are made or cut to fit a specific order, i.e. All Chains are cut to fit order, except otherwise already mention as "Pre-Cut".
