All items are wrapped and very carefully packed for shipping. Orders are typically sent USPS Priority, which offers tracking and delivery confirmation, within two to three business days after payment is received (UPS is occasionally used for larger or heavier items). Every attempt has been made to approximate charges as closely as possible in compliance with ArtFire's shipping procedures, and has allowed for supplemental packaging (double boxing) and protective materials or oversize assessments, insurance where applicable, as well as any nominal fees for supplies and handling. Final totals are calculated prior to checkout based on actual package weight.
I would be happy to ship to another address if your purchase is a gift; simply provide the shipping details when you place your order, as well as your phone number should I have any questions.
Preferred payment method is PayPal. I also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks (please let me know in the "message from buyer" section when you place your order if this will be your manner of payment). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personal checks.
Orders are shipped when PayPal notifies me that payment has cleared, or when Money Order or Cashiers Check has been received. If payment by any method is not received within six business days, the order will be canceled and the item relisted. I will, however, attempt to contact you before cancelling.
I make every attempt to carefully package your items so they arrive safely and in tiptop condition at their destination. In the unlikely event, however, that a piece is damaged during shipment, please contact me immediately, providing at least two photographs (each) of the condition of the item itself as well as the packaging in which it arrived. Save all pieces of the item and packaging materials, and I will contact you with further instructions.
Additionally, since my ultimate goal is my customers' complete satisfaction, if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, you may do so within seven (7) days of receipt. Please contact me so I know when to expect the parcel. You are responsible for shipping costs, as well as the item's safe return. I cannot accept pieces that have been damaged, altered or worn. Upon arrival of the returned item in good condition, a credit will be issued to the card charged for your purchase, less initial shipping and handling costs, within seven (7) business days.
Custom orders are welcome.
Because a custom order is created specifically for you, it is import that you understand that the piece is unique and can not be returned. Once you receive your order, if there are any problems, just let me know. I want you to be very happy with the art I have created for you.
