I accept PayPal or money orders for payments on items you buy. Please send **USPS money orders** only. If you choose money order as an option, your item will be shipped when your money order has been received and cleared.
Payment in full is required before Item will be shipped. Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase, or order will be cancelled. If there is a problem with that, please contact me.

Items under 13 oz. , shipped alone, will be shipped out First Class. Everything else will go parcel post. If you want something shipped faster, please contact me for an exact shipping quote/adjustment before paying.

If an item arrives to you damaged, I will refund you the cost of the item if you contact me within 5 days of receiving the item.
If you contact me within 15 days after receiving a damaged item, I will exchange it for an item of equal value.
you will need to return the damaged item to me for the refund.
If your item does not arrive to you within 30 days, I will give you a refund. I have not had any problems thus far with the postal system. And I provide a tracking number for the items I ship. So, this should not be a problem. But things do sometimes happen to items in the mail. I do not expect you to pay for something you never received.
NO refunds if the item arrived as described in the listing and you just don't want it. Contact me with your reasons, and possibly we can work out an exchange. I want my customers to know I care about them, and wish them to be 100% happy with their purchase. But, I am not a department store where you can "try something on and take it back". :) That system doesn't work very well with one of a kind items, shipped via postal system

If I can make what you want with supplies I have on hand, I will not require a deposit. I will e-mail you pictures of the items when it is done, and list if you like it. Then you can pay for it. It will be shipped after you pay.
If I will have to purchase supplies to make what you want, then I will need a deposit for the cost of supplies. You will pay the rest of the agreed amount once the item is completed, you have approved the pics, and I have posted it.
I have always delivered my custom orders as desired, and on time. But if for some reason beyond my control, I am unable to finish your order, any deposit you have made will be refunded.
Please allow reasonable time for purchasing supplies and making the item. I am one person, and do not mass produce. Seldom will something be able to be made over night.
Most of my supplies I can buy near buy. It takes a short amount of time to make a hat. But an afghan or something like that would take longer. I would need three weeks at least to complete an afghan. Please consider the time needed to create the item you want, and allow for that time.
