Forms or Payment:
Currently we accept PayPal. We will accept Money Orders in the near future. Please pay for your item(s) within 24 hours. If more time is needed, please contact us to inform us of the date you will make your payment (no later than 7 days from order date) otherwise your order will be canceled. ***NON PAYMENT WILL BE REPORTED TO ARTFIRE!***
If you are purchasing multiple items, I will fit as much of the items into a flat rate box. Proceed with your purchase and I will refund any over payment in shipping fees of one dollar ($1) or more to your account as soon as possible. Keep in mind we do charge for shipping & handling.
We ship World Wide. We only ship to "Confirmed Addresses". Orders will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday when placed by 5pm ET the day before the shipping date. Tracking numbers will be sent via email for all packages.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. We recommend that you request to add insurance to your package to protect against loss or damage to your package, especially on large orders.

I ship to PayPal addresses only and not the Artfire address. Make sure to update your account to reflect the correct shipping address before you purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. If you are not happy with your order in any way, please let us know. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost to the customer. We will do our very best to make our customers happy!
Custom Orders:
If you would like a custom order, please feel free to ask. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for soap loaves and all other custom orders to be shipped out.
