My Keychains, Buttons, Magnets, Pendants, and of course the original artwork are all handmade by me. Any items that are out sourced are quality checked by me, to ensure that the item you receive is of the highest quality. So relax and paws here awhile I'm sure you'll have a tail wagging time! PAYMENT I accept most major Credit Card/debit card (Through paypal), Paypal balance payments, and Cheques (from the UK Only) cheques have to clear first before your item is sent. I use Paypal to process payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment, they simply handle the payments. When you get to the payment screen click on the button labeled "if you do not have a Paypal account click here" and you will be given the option to pay without needing a Paypal account. Shipping I endeavor to get orders out as soon as possible. Items will be shipped within 24-48 hrs (on working days) of the order confirmation email. I will email you again to confirm that your goods have been dispatched. If an item is returned to me by the Royal Mail as unclaimed I will contact you to arrange for the item to be redelivered. The shipping options have been created to reward you for spending more, yet not to charge those who prefer to spend less, please note prices including all packaging material and the cost of shipping, ensuring you get a great deal! REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES You have 7 days from making your purchase to cancel your order, if your order has already been shipped then it needs to be returned to me in brand new condition before a refund is made. Please note completed pet portraits are exempt from refunds If you wish to exchange your product please email me first. If for any reason you need to return an item, please email me at majestikart [!at] aol.com or contact me through Etsy within 7 days of the shipping date to arrange a refund. Products must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you. I cannot make refunds for items that have been damaged by you after receipt. I will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
