Payment
Payments accepted: Paypal
Payment Deadlines: Paypal payments should be received within 3 days of purchase.
If you need to cancel a sale please message me immediately so that I can cancel it.
I will cancel a sale if I have not received payment within 2 weeks. This only applies if the buyer is also not replying to messages or personal emails. They will then receive negative feedback because of non-communication.
Shipping
Shipping Method: I ship the least expensive for the buyer. More often than not, items are shipped by First Class Parcel because they are small.
International Shipping: It is hard to estimate shipping in my listings because every destination is different. If you are an international buyer and end up overpaying on shipping I will refund the difference. Please message with any questions.
Upgrades: I will upgrade to Priority shipping at buyer's request. If it is requested before the sale, the listing will be updated. If it is requested after the sale, buyer will have to wait for an updated invoice from Paypal.
Insurance: Insurance is available at buyer's request for $1.85. If it is requested before the sale, the listing will be updated and insurance added into the shipping costs. If it is requested after the sale, buyer will have to wait for an updated invoice from Paypal.
Delivery Confirmation: Delivery confirmation is included on packages if the shipping label has been printed from Paypal (which a majority of the time it is). Buyer should receive an email from paypal or from me when package ships.
International customs: I include the value of the package on all customs slips. It is the buyer's responsibility to take care of any extra customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.
If your package has not arrived and the delivery confirmation states that it has been delivered, I would highly recommend speaking with your P.O. and/or postman/woman. If the package still isn't found, I will refund the money or send a replacement if able. I always strive to make this shopping experience positive for the buyer.
I do keep records of lost package reports in order to reduce any false reporting.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I do accept custom orders.
Custom orders (especially large projects) require a down payment to take care of the cost of supplies. These items would include: afghans, baby layette sets, doilies, fingerless gloves, and purses.
I do not really sell items at wholesale prices because items still take as much time and supplies as they would when I sell them separately in my own store.
