INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders require custom forms, and we are required by law to correctly identify the contents and value of your package. MAUstudio is not responsible for any shipment delays or custom charges. We will not be able to provide tracking for international shipment and we are not responsible for lost shipment. If you would like to add insurance or like express with tracking to your international order, please contact us before checking out. International order may take up to 4 weeks to deliver.

PACKAGING & LOST IN SHIPMENT

All my packages are carefully packaged in padded envelopes or boxes depending on what you purchased. They are protected with bubble wrap so they won't get damage during shipping. All these are included in the shipping fee.

However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, MAUstudio will NOT be responsible for the lost or refund because we take great care to protect your purchases before we ship them out. If you would like to put an insurance on your order, please email us before you check out.

GRAPHIC DESIGN and CUSTOMIZED DESIGN PROCESS AND POLICY

After transaction is completed and talking with the buyer, I will start working on the design.

Please note that the buyer must pay in FULL before I start working on the project. It will take me a few days to a week (depending on what the project is) for a 1st proof.

Graphic design service listing will usually take a few days for the 1st proof, and it will include a few choices for buyer to choose from. After some feedback from the buyer, I will work on a few more variations or other designs and send a 2nd proof.

I will work on the design until the buyer is satisfied. However, if the buyer decided to discontinue the work relationship for whatever reason(s), there will be no refund to compensate the work and time I put in.
