Shipping
My jewelry is packaged in a cotton lined jewelry box and shipped in a bubble mailer to ensure a safe arrival. I will ship within 3 business days of receiving payment unless it is a special order item.
Domestic shipping is through USPS first class w/delivery confirmation. Insurance can be added at an additional cost. Please contact me at time of sale, if you wish to add insurance.
International Shipping is through USPS first class international. Insurance & delivery confirmation is not available through first class international shipping. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, and duties that your country may assess.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with your jewelry selection. If you have an issue with your item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it. I will attempt to find an acceptable solution by offering an exchange or refund if the item is returned in the condition it was sent minus shipping costs. Item must be mailed back to me within 7 days of delivery to you.
Pierced earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
Additional Policies and FAQs Custom Orders: If you see a design that is already sold or a piece that you would like in another color or metal, please contact me and we can discuss it. Some materials are not always available but I will make every attempt to work with you. Additional time is required for custom orders.
