Items will be shipped Priority Mail Insured within 5 business days of sale unless some modification has been requested. All pieces are guaranteed for the life of the piece and are repaired at no cost if you retain the extra beads sent with the original purchase. Exchanges are not encouraged due to these items being personal wear. An exchange would be considered on a case by case basis. Custom work is not returnable but it is repairable if needed. All pieces contain precious metals and as such will from time to time require polishing with a special treated cloth. Use a clean soft untreated cloth to polish the gemstones.
