~ Payments and Shipping:
I love PayPal! If you prefer Amazon.com, I also accept Amazon. *Many major credit and debit cards can be used without having a PayPal account.* Difficulties? Questions? Please contact me.
All sales final. My supplies and workspace are located in smoke-free home. We reserve the right to cancel any/all unpaid orders from non-responsive buyers within 48hrs -- future orders placed by these type of customers (who compromise our available inventory) will be automatically and immediately canceled (IDs/info kept on file).
US Shipping and Handling:
We ship our jewelry USPS Priority - 1 x wk, generally 3-7days after payment date or e-check clearance. We use AF addresses. Its the customers responsibility to post their correct address and to make sure its one that can accept parcels. If we have to resend, the add't ship chg's will be the buyers responsibility. Shipping and handling isn't only the fee chg'd by the USPS, but also covers the expense of packaging supplies / labor / service required to prepare your order for its delivery.
Expect delays during Federal Holidays, posted vacations or events, bad weather, unexpected site disruptions, computer glitches, family emergencies, seasonal illness, etc....were human too -- you get the picture. Thank you. :)
Please note, if you elect not to purchase insurance ALL RISK is ASSUMED by the buyer. Be aware we do not cover loss or damages. As you know, we do not cause or are responsible for damage/loss/theft inflicted by USPS careless/mishandling while en route.
International: There are several countries that prohibits or highly restricts shipping of jewelry. I'm sorry, but we wont violate or break custom guidelines or rules. For rate and destinations, please contact us. Thank you! :D
Any/all custom fees/duty taxes are and will be the buyers responsibility and not refunded or reimbursed by the seller. In rare circumstances, customs or immigration do seize items and/or may cause a long delay in delivery -- unfortunately we have no control or have any power to do much from here. My apologies.

Gallery:
My gallery is full of items that have sold at my other online shops. Most of my items are one-of-a-kind which makes most unavailable to be duplicated. However, if I have similar supplies on hand or similar pendants I can try to create something for you. Be sure to include the sold items title you're inquiring about. Slight variations may be negotiable.
Reserved Items:
Each reserved item(s) is placed in the specified shop section for 1 week (7 days) and the customer is notified of the item(s) reserved status. If the item(s) is not purchased within that week, all items are then returned to their original shop sections. No future holds or reserved items will be honored for that customer. Thank you for your understanding about this reserved policy.
Special Orders: Serious inquires only, please.
These items require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable and to be paid before any work takes place. A Deposit Listing will be posted with notification sent for the agreed item description/specifications. Payment must be made within 1 week (7 days), if after 1wk and the listing is unpaid the order will be canceled/deleted. Once the deposit has been made, please allow 5-7days for work to be completed. A final Payment Listing will be posted and notification sent with 7days to purchase your special order. If after 1wk and the listing is unpaid it will be canceled/deleted. Please note, special orders are final. Discounts/sale prices are not offered or applied to special orders.
