Although I'm not smoking I don't live in a smoke free environment. I can promise that my crafts will never have direct contact with smoke and that they are stored in ziplock bags that are stored in rubbermaid boxes. Also a lovely cat is floating around. Also the seams of nearly every item have been fraychecked - those fraycheck products have a perfume smell.
Please don't buy from me if you are highly allergic to smoke, cats or perfume or feel free to ask me for hand washing it for you before sending! Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

Payment has to be affected within one week! Please inform me before hands if you would like to pay a few days later.

I offer payment via paypal or within the EU via bank transmission. If you would like to pay via your bank account please contact me for my IBAN and BIC codes :)

Shipping

I offer combined shipping, you only have to pay shipping for one product :)

Everything is shipped priority (standard) but without insurance! To keep shipping charges low, no tracking is possible - please inform me, if you would like to track or insurance your goodies. I will ask at the post office for charges to your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchased item, please contact me! I'm sure we will find a solution that makes you happy.

Additional Policies and FAQs
My products mostly are not OOAK. I might make a handful of each item, if there is demand. Of course none of these items are exact replicas, because they are all handmade and I can't cut printed fabric really the same twice. ;) If you want a OOAK custom item, please contact me!
