Welcome: New patterns added frequently. Thank you for stopping by :) Payment: Payment can be made through Paypal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. Shipping: No shipping fees !!! Your PDF patterns will be emailed within 24 hours. We do not send any hard copy of the pattern. Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds or "exchanges" on PDF patterns, no exceptions. We will of course replace any non-functioning PDF file with the same file purchased. Our policy does not mean we are not 100% committed to your satisfaction! Please contact us if any item ever does not live up to your expectations.
