Please pay as soon as possible when you order. For things that have to be custom made, it helps me ship faster. For the Summer, orders have a 2-3 day turnaround time. I can ship faster if you let me know when you order.

I generally ship within 2 or 3 days of payment. I have rheumatoid arthritis from time to time I experience a flare. This is the only thing that can slow down my shipping. It will only affect shipping by one or two days if any. In any case I will email you and let you know what is going on.

All of my jewelry is guaranteed against breakage for 3 months. The nursing necklaces are guaranteed against breakage for two years.Notify me if you need a repair and ship the jewelry back. All of my wooden items are made with organic materials. Generally the listing will say what I used. To keep the wood up you need to rub it down with organic olive oil, or organic flax seed oil.Please use alchemy for all custom requests. It helps keep track of what is needed, cost, and my progress.
