Many people buy my scarves as gifts; I gift wrap at no extra charge and send it right to him or her so you don't have to. Fussing with details is my specialty! We can discuss custom orders, with the understanding that communication is key.
~~PAYMENT~~
I do take personal checks, but am not a fan of money orders. Let me know if you need an alternative payment method to PayPal.
~~PRESENTATION~~
I box, tissue, and ribbon my orders, and include a care instruction card.
If you would like your scarf insured, please email me before payment. I have never had a scarf lost in the mail, and would not want to.
~~REFUNDS / EXCHANGES~~
If something happens to the box in shipping that is neither my fault or yours, I cannot automatically refund you. However, this is subject to conversations between us both to settle the issue. It has never happened to me (yet).
~~DESIGN COPYRIGHT & RESELLING ~~
o As the artist, I retain copyright over my work and this is not licensed without my explicit permission. I also retain copyright over the images of my work, etc. as displayed on this website and others.
o Commercial resale of my work is not permitted without prior arrangement.
