Shipping: Orders usually ship within 24 hours (unless it is Saturday after 12noon or Holiday) of receiving payment via USPS 1st Class mail. If you wish to upgrade to Priority, Express Mail or add insurance please contact me before you place your order for pricing. (In most cases I ship the same day I get the order, as long as I receive conformation of payment and it is before the post office closes.) Shipping to other countries: I will ship to other countries charging what it would cost to ship, so please contact me before you place your order for pricing. (note: customs forms on International shipments will be marked as merchandise. Buyers are responsible for any duty/customs fees charged by their countries) Returns/exchanges: Any item still in new condition can be returned for a full refund or exchange minus any shipping costs within 7 days.
