Please pay for your order within 3 days of ordering as is stated in the Artfire policy. If payent is not received, your order could be cancelled and the item(s) relisted.

Orders ship 2-5 days after payment is received. We will ship by the least expensive ground transportation offered by UPS or US Post. If you want a faster delivery please let me know and we can arrange, the additional costs will be paid by the buyer. Additional shipping costs such as insurance, confirmation and international customs are to be paid by the buyer.

We do consignment, and wholesale orders of more than 10 of any particular piece, unless it is a one-off. Please contact me if you are interested and we can discuss cost, timeline, etc.

Custom Orders:
1.All images can be painted on any tile size.
2.Murals; we can design murals, any dimension and tile size.
3.Large Tiles: 2ft to 4ft are special sizes and will require a six month lead time.

Hand painted: All my work is hand painted. The tiles will look more beautiful than the photo. Every hand painted tile is a one-of-a-kind tile, even repeated images will be slightly different from one to the other.

Light switch: If you need a set for your home then I can paint them for you. The cost is the same as listed.

Also note that if an item is damaged in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned it could be lost. Thanks again!
