US shipping arrival times will generally take between 3 and 12 days depending on the shipping method chosen by you. Alaska, Hawaii and other regions outside of main land USA may be subject to higher shipping costs. Please message me for a shipping quote. Shipping discounts will be calculated based on the combined weight and size of all items. We do not profit from the cost of shipping. Please make sure you get your order! If your postal address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors. Please keep in mind shipping charges do not include any brokerage, or duty fees that may be charged to you by your country. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of how much your country will charge you for import duties. RETURN POLICY: With Mundial Treasures' no hassle return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and ensure that the merchandise is in the same unused and unworn condition. Unlike other retail establishments we do not charge restocking fees, processing fees or any other hidden fees.
