Checks, money orders, and cash payments are only available for special cases and may take up to a month to process. Residents of Massachusetts should contact me, as not all payment methods will calculate sales tax properly.

International buyers are responsible for any Customs charges. All international packages will display an itemized list, as well as the order amount before S&H. This will ensure speedier delivery through Customs.

Your beloved jewelry will ship within 3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders are automatically cancelled if payment not received within 7 days. Please contact me if you are having trouble getting your payment through.

I want both you and your jewelry to be happy. Please contact me within 7 days for a refund or exchange if you do not love your mv creation. Refunds / exchanges are offered on all items returned in their original condition and buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.

I always acknowledge orders within 24 hours of payment, so if you do not receive an email from me, do check your Spam/Junk mail folder and contact me on ArtFire so I can resend you the information.

I am also more than happy to make any adjustments or changes you would like before or after shipping the item to you.
