WELCOME What can you expect to receive from me and my ArtFire shop? 1. Artisan quality, handmade items. Perfection?... no, not quite. Perfection is not a part of handmade. No two handmade items will ever be exactly alike. Perfection is for machines. Handmade has the human touch, and therefore has more heart and soul than machine-made perfection. I am confident that you will appreciate the handmade touch given to the items you purchase from my ArtFire shop. All items in my shop have been made by me personally in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Western Montana. 2. Utmost care in shipping. Both in packaging and in timeliness. I handle all of my own shipping personally. I put as much care into shipping as I do into creating the item to be shipped, so that your items will arrive safe and sound in a timely manner. 3. Friendly communications and notification of shipment. I enjoy corresponding with my customers and keeping them informed. If you have any questions whatsoever, please don't hesitate to contact me. But will you receive instant replies?... not exactly. I am busy in my studio making new items for my shop, or spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the great outdoors hiking, bicycling, skiing, etc., and am unable to be constantly connected to my computer and the internet. I will usually reply to your questions within 12 hours, unless I am gone for the weekend, or my shop is on vacation. I appreciate your kind understanding in this regard. PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED -Paypal. -Direct credit/debit card payments in checkout through ProPay. SHIPPING DETAILS -DOMESTIC SHIPPING (in the US): Packages weighing under 13 ounces will be shipped via First Class Mail. Packages weighing 13 ounces or more will be shipped via Priority Mail (with the exception of extra-large framed art which will be shipped via FedEx). All packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends & holidays, and you will be notified when your item has been shipped. -INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Items available for international shipping will be shipped via International First Class Mail. Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends & holidays, and you will be notified when your item has been shipped. *Please note: I am not responsible for any customs fees or delays on international shipments. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, so please check with your customs office about any related fees before making a purchase. And please be patient in waiting for your item to arrive, as International First Class can sometimes take several weeks, which I have absolutely no control over. RETURN POLICY If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me right away.
