I will always try to work with you to get you the creation you want. The photos of my items are enlarged for detail. That is why I always use a ruler in the picture or note the measurements in the listing, so that you know the exact size. Please be sure to verify this before you buy, to avoid disappointment when the item is smaller than it looked in the photo. Please remember that my jewelry designs are not completely waterproof because I use eco-friendly adhesive and glaze. Do not wear while bathing, swimming, or sleeping. Payment Payment must be made within 3 days or the order will be cancelled. I accept Paypal and credit card payments through Paypal. Shipping I will ship out your item within 3 days of completed payment. I ship using USPS.com with delivery confirmation. Items will be sent to your verified Paypal address so please be sure your mailing address is current in your Paypal account. I do recycle padded envelopes to keep shipping costs down Custom made items or items temporarily out of stock may take longer to ship. Due to recent changes in postal regulations in the United Kingdom, precious stone and metal jewelry items can no longer be shipped via USPS there. I am sorry, but this is something imposed by the UK and I have no control over it. Items may be shipped via other companies such as FedEx but the cost can be as much as $100.00. Due to the recent increase in International postage, please contact me for exact shipping costs to countries other than the United States. Many items must be shipped as Priority Mail, which is $24.00 USD, but some items may be able to be shipped in a more economical way. Shipping rates are usually determined by weight and/or size, and can vary with the items you purchase. I can give you the exact shipping cost if you let me know the items you wish to purchase. In compliance with USPS postal regulations, I do not mark items as gifts on customs forms. There may be a VAT (duty tax) imposed on orders shipped to other countries outside the United States. Any problem with international orders must be reported within 25 days of shipping notification. I cannot be responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipping for uninsured items. If an item is shipped internationally and is seized by the customs office, I cannot be responsible and will not refund the cost of the item or the shipping charges. Refunds and Exchanges I want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
