Payment

PayPal is the preferred form of payment. Checks are fine, but please understand that it takes 7-10 days for them to clear.


If you fall in love with something here but can't quite afford it right now, you can use the layaway option. I'll hold your item for a small deposit and you can pay it off in installments. Please email me for details.

Need gift wrap for your purchase? Let me know when you order, and please provide details on the occasion (for example, birthday, anniversary, or Sorry, I'll never do that again), color preferences and the message you'd like on the note card. Normal charge is between $2 and $5, depending on the item's size.

Shipping

Need something overnight? Just say so. Priority Mail is reliable and only takes a few days, but I'll ship by any method you like and as quickly as humanly possible (i.e., within 24 hours).


To keep mailing charges low, I'll combine shipping fees on multiple purchases. Please email me with the details of what you're interested in and your location, and I'll provide an estimate on shipping costs.



Insurance is available; just let me know when you order. International orders are welcome, but be aware that getting items through customs is a slow and tedious process, so orders may take several weeks to arrive.



Refunds and Exchanges

Nothing is more important to me than knowing that people are delighted with the things they buy here. I would much rather accept a return than insist someone keep something they don't want. Shopping online is all about trust. Buying something here should not be like playing roulette. If you have an issue with a purchase, please let me know so we can find a way to resolve it. And if we can't, the purchase price will be refunded. Making a sale is not as important as creating more happiness in this world.
