I accept Paypal, Money Order and checks.
*Please note: I put a 5 day hold on checks for clearance. If you are mailing in your payment please let me know. If I haven't received it within 2-3 weeks I will cancel the order.

Shipping

We ship Internationally and APO's!

My preferred method of shipping is USPS First Class, Parcel Post & Priority Mail. I also use UPS and FedEx (Please send a message if you perfer these methods for approx rates). Smaller items such as incense/perfume oils are shipped First Class Mail unless you request priority mail (which is extra postage).
The more you buy the more you save on shipping! Discounted shipping for each additional item. If I can fit it in a flat rate box I will. Any shipping cost over $1 will be refunded back.
Special handling for some products is required in extreme seasons such as winter and summer. For summer months I only ship candles Monday-Wednesday to avoid packages being left in a hot warehouse over the weekend. I ask that all items be picked up from the post office immediately or left in a cool dry place.
Beeswax is sensitive to cold and can get brittle. I suggest purchasing these type of candles in the fall for winter enjoyment.

Refunds and Exchanges

We strongly suggest you buy samples before buying a larger item.

We do not make exchanges once the item is shipped.
Custom items (i.e a requested color with a scent) are not refundable. We only make refunds on damaged items due to improper packaging. Due to the fragile nature of our products we will not accept responsibility for melted items but do make concessions to deliver items in the summer months on only certain days to avoid layover in the carriers warehouse.

We are available for wholesale orders on all of our handcrafted items. Please contact me for wholesale prices.
We do not accept consignment for stores outside the New York area.
