We prefer to ship First Class or Priority mail to keep costs down. Returns are not allowed, but of course there are exceptions to any policy so it can be discussed if need be. Exchanges are at the discretion of the shop owners. If the buyer has an issue concerning workmanship please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make things right.
