Payment
I am currently accepting Paypal and Google Checkout for payment. If using the Paypal check payment system, be aware it can take up to 10 days for your e-check to clear in Paypal. I will ship the item once the funds are verified.


Please note:
Colorado residents will be charged a 2.9% state sales tax. If you reside in Jefferson County, Colorado, it will be necessary to send you a revised invoice so that I may also collect the local taxes for this county. If you reside in Lakewood, the city tax will also be collected, as this is were my business resides.


Shipping
I ship all orders the Monday, Wednesday, or Friday following receipt of payment.



Shipping charges will include all expenses associated with shipping the item. I purchase insurance on all orders totaling $35 or more.



International buyers outside the U.S.

All orders are subject to shipping laws and regulations of the destination shipping locale.



For orders within the US, the delivery time is usually 3 - 5 days. For international orders it can take 1-3 weeks depending on the location and local mail service for the county. International orders can also be affected by any customs practices of the specific country.



Refunds and Exchanges

All items may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Because of sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned. If you need to return an item, please contact me first so that I can process the return and refund in a timely fashion.



All returned items must be received in new condition and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to my shipping error or a defective product. All returns must be sent back using delivery confirmation for both your protection and mine. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me.



Wholesale purchases are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Attention California residents:

At this time I am not using any materials on the prohibited list which may contain lead. All my jewelry is made using sterling silver, silver plate or gold plate, with the majority being sterling silver. If at any time I decide to use one of the prohibited items, I will inform you. I do not at this time plan to use any of the prohibited materials.



I welcome wholesale inquires, however, they are not subject to return or exchange. Please contact me to discuss wholesale pricing.



Wholesale terms are offered to buyers with a valid current resale license. I ask for a minimum order of 10 items, with a discount of 35% off my listed shop retail prices. Priority shipping will be provided at no charge to my wholesale accounts, and as with all my orders, I will also provide insurance at no additional charge. Smaller orders of 20 items or less will ship within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Larger orders may take longer up to 5 days depending on the size and may arrive in two or more shipments depending on the size of the order. I will work with wholesale clients to see that you get your order in a timely fashion. Unless a shipment arrives damaged, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges for wholesale orders. Any damaged items will be usually be covered by the insurance.



At this time I am not accepting any consignment offers except for if you are in the Denver metro area. In that case, contact me and we can discuss a meeting and a potential consignment with your store.
