* Shipments are made shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday, after cleared payment has been received.
*Insurance is optional, but we strongly suggest insuring all items. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items if buyer chooses not to insure. Please inquire as to how much shipping is for each individual order. Insurance for multiple items will be adjusted according to the total value of the items. If buyer wishes to insure a multiple item shipment, please email us for insurance total before payment is made.
* SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA : International customers will pay a flat rate for the 1st items and $.25 for each additional item ~ Unless listing states otherwise. Please be aware that some countries do not allow certain jewelry items, insurance for shipping, or certain types of shipping such as Global Priority Mail. Please check with your country's customs first, or email us and we will be happy to answer any questions that you have, before making a purchase!
* The United States Postal Serves DOES NOT OFFER tracking or insurance on First Class or Priority Mail shipments. They do however offer it on Express shipments, but Express is costly. We can now offer insurance on First Class and Priority mail threw a third party company on all international packages. Any purchases for international shipments that do not carry insurance are at the buyers own risk and CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED.

Refunds and Exchanges
*We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason you wish to return your purchase(s), please do so within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
* Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. All returns must be in original condition. Buyer will pay for return shipping charges.
* If you would like to return merchandise, you must contact us immediately by email to receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items will not be accepted with out a RAN number.
