The customer pays both ways. I try to use quality supplies in ALL of my designs...please, inspect your treasure when it is received to insure that quality. I ship items through first class mail (except for locals, I may hand deliver :). Please contact me if you need different shipping options or would like a confirmation number and tracking. (Most of the time I include these without charging extra) I also encourage insurance...I will not be responsible once a treasure has left my hands :) Do not hesitate to contact me for any questions or concerns before purchasing an item.
