Shipping is available within the US and Canada only at this time. All stained glass items, except those specifically marked, are shipped via UPS ground and are insured. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to arrive after shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with UPS if the item arrives damaged. (This is UPS policy, not ours.) Depending on the amount of the damage, the item will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion.
