Items will be shipped only after full payment has been received. Shipping All Shipping within the United States is FREE of charge. The art is carefully packaged to avoid damage and insured and shipped by USPS . Each order is made-to-order and is fulfilled by experts in printing and mounting and therefore please expect 2-3 weeks for delivery for metal print/mount (sooner if in California), A tracking number will be provided. I will ship to the address that is on your Paypal/Credit card processor so in order for your items to arrive without delay, please make sure this address MATCHES your Etsy address. You can also leave me a note explaining which address you want me to ship to if it's not PayPal or different than your Etsy address. I am happy to ship directly to your GIFT recipient! Just leave me a note. It is $6 extra (small) and $10 (large) and includes wrapping & a gift note. EXPEDITED SHIPPING in USA only: Metal Prints/Mount US 2-day Shipping via USPS: 8X12 i= $8 16x24 i= $19 20x30/30x45 i= $25.50. For additional items the prices will change but I will not ship until you approve the expedited shipping charges. If you give us a CUSTOM ORDER please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery for US order and more for international. LOCAL BUYERS (Los Angeles) can schedule a pick-up instead of using our shipping options. Payment is still required at time of order. Did not receive it? If you do not receive your parcel within 3 weeks for domestic orders or 6 weeks for International orders from time of delivery (not time of order). I will consider these lost in the mail. Refunds and Exchanges I want you to be very happy with your art so if you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days (14 for holiday times) of receiving your package and I will replace or exchange it. You will have to return the art in it's original condition and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please let me know you will be returning the items and when you shipped it out so I can look for it. If your artwork becomes DAMAGED in shipping please return the item and you will receive a full refund or exchange. If your order is wrong, please let me know and I will replace it once it's returned.
