We are open weekdays 9:00 am-5:00 pm and periodically throughout the weekend. **TURN AROUND TIME & PROOF** We respond to our messages/emails daily and weekends intermittenly. Once order is received we proof within 24 hours ( unless ordered over a weekend you will receive proof the next business day). Once proof is approved we ship USPS Priority Mail the next business day. **SHIPPING** All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. USPS mail is usually received in 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages once order has shipped and you have received your tracking number.
